As parent, we know that our children learn through play and we also know that toys are costly and they clutter the home and kids tends lose interests fast or that kids outgrow them so quickly! With rent-our-toy, you can save yourself a lot of money, space and inconvenience by borrowing instead of buying. So why rent-our -toy.
1) Rental Period
The price quoted in the catalog for that toy is applicable to the 1 mth rental period that is specified in the description of each toy.
2) Extension
A few of days before your rental period ends, we will give you a call as a gentle reminder. If you want to keep the toys longer, just let us know. You will always have the first priority when it comes to rental extension.
3) Cleaning of Toys
All our toys are c;ean with dettol before and after each rental. There will be some wear-and-tear on the toys as they are not brand new toys. It is, however, still the responsibility of the hirer to return the toys to us in their original clean condition.
4) Damage to Toys
Reasonable wear & tear is acceptable when you return the hired toys. Should a toy, however, be damaged by the hirer, or parts are missing, but the item is still rentable, a certain amont of fee will be deducted from the deposit.
If the damage or missing part makes the item unsuitable for rental, the Customer can either replace the item or pay for replacement of the item . The toys we offer for rent are good quality. We have not encountered any damaged items
5) We shall not be held responsible for any damage, loss or injury caused by or arising out of the use of any item supplied.
6) Deposit
A deposit of between $20.00-$50.00 applies for all rentals. This deposit will be refunded when the item(s) is (are) returned in the same condition as it (they) got rented, excepting normal wear and tear.
